Payment Refund Cancellation Policy
The online payment, refund, and cancellation policy for Goldmines Technical Services applies to all transactions made directly with Goldmines Technical Services or via the company’s website, http://54.151.249.15/.
Payment
When users complete online payments, they will receive a purchase confirmation either through an app notification, an email sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase, or both. The company will send this confirmation as quickly as possible once the payment has been processed.
Goldmines Technical Services does not store, sell, share, rent, or lease any credit/debit card information or personally identifiable information to third parties. All details entered during payment on our website are transmitted securely to our payment provider.
Refund
Our 24/7 customer support is available to address any concerns you may have about Goldmines Technical Services. Due to the challenges of rescheduling last-minute requests, we have specific policies for refunds and cancellations.
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment so that we can accommodate other clients in your place. No refund will be provided if cancellation notice is given within 24 hours of the appointment.
Clients are responsible for safeguarding their own cash, jewelry, or other valuables. Goldmines Technical Services has a strict no-tolerance policy against theft and dishonesty. However, responsibility for such items does not fall under our liability. If an immediate cancellation occurs, you will be charged the full amount. Refunds will be issued only through the original payment method.
Cancellation
If an appointment is canceled after the technician has already arrived on-site, without reasonable prior notification to the company, or if the technician cannot access the customer’s premises for any reason, a fee of AED 100 plus VAT will be charged for the visit.
Should the planned work not be rescheduled, cancellation fees will include any costs for materials purchased or used for the project.
